Your Wedding Day is one of the most important events in your life and we want everything to be just right for you. We know you will have much to plan and arrange, so let our experienced team assist you in organising your reception celebrations. Their help and advise will ensure that all your specific requirements will be carried out exactly as you wish and you can be assured that from the moment you enter our door until you leave for your honeymoon every detail will be taken care of.

At the Bull Hotel we believe that the success of any celebration is down to the planning. Our Wedding Package reflects this and is specifically designed to ensure that all your worries are taken care of.

The price per person is inclusive of the following:

• Room Hire for the Cordell Restaurant, Clopton or Kentwell Suite
• Floral arrangements for all tables
• Your choice of Sherry or White Wine Punch on Arrival
• Your choice from the Wedding Breakfast menu selector
• Your Wedding service can be held at a Church or the Bull Hotel
• On arrival at the Bull Hotel you will be greeted by a member of our team
• Arrival drinks are served in the Lounge for your guests while any further photographs are taken
• Guests are invited to sit down and are formally greeted by way of a receiving line
• The Bride and Groom are officially welcomed
• Grace may be said before the Wedding Breakfast is served
• It is customary for the Bride and Groom to cut the cake after the main course
• The Cake may then be served with coffee and /or with the evening buffet
• After dessert the sparkling wine is poured and the Bride's Father is asked to propose a toast to the Bride and Groom
• The Groom is then called to reply on behalf of his wife and himself finishing with a toast to the Bridesmaids
• Other speakers may be called upon at this point
• The Best Man now reads the cards and messages of good wishes, and may speak and propose a toast if desired
• Coffee and cake is now served in the Martin Lounge and during this short interval the Restaurant is prepared of the Evening Function

We are pleased to announce that we can now offer the prospective Bride and Groom our Martin, Mylde or Kentwell Suite for the Marriage Ceremony followed by the Wedding Breakfast in our Cordell Restaurant or Kentwell Suite. We are able to offer this service Monday to Sunday throughout the year subject to availability.

• The Ceremony Room hire charge is only £100

Couples marrying at the Bull Hotel must follow certain guidelines, these are listed below:

• As soon as you have made provisional arrangements at the Bull Hotel you should contact the Superintendent Registrar in Sudury (Tel 01787 372904)
• The content of the ceremony must be agreed in advance with the Superintendent Registrar who will be attending the ceremony. Any music, reading, words or performance which form part of the ceremony must be of a secular mature
• In accordance with the general law governing marriage a ceremony may only take place between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Sunday inclusive
• Food and Drink must not be consumed during the ceremony in the marriage room
• The use of a Video Camera is permitted, provided the operator remains stationary. Photographs may only be taken when invited to do so by the registrar
• Smoking is not permitted in the marriage room
