Excellent apartment in Aldeburgh

Pros: Very spacious and well thought out accommodation perfect for two couples. Light, bright and extremely clean. Short walk into Aldeburgh and handy to have Tesco and Co-op on the doorstep. We weren’t bothered by traffic noise even though the apartment is on a main road. Would definitely stay again

Pros: Location was great, just a short walk to the beach and some lovely restaurants and pubs in the high street. Apartment was spotless, beds comfy, showers hot. Having parking with the property was a real plus.

Cons: Finding complimentary milk in the fridge to have with the tea bags and coffee provided would have been a nice touch so we didn’t have to prioritise finding a convenience store after a five hour drive to have a cuppa. But otherwise everything was perfect!

Very well appointed apartment close to Aldeburgh centre & a great base for exploring the surroundi.

Pros: Great location within easy reach of the local Convenience stores, beach, shops, restaurants etc. Car parking was a plus. Apartment was spotless & well furnished.

Cons: Road is quite noisy in the morning from 7.30.

Lovely property with everything you need.

Pros: Lovely property, quiet and in a great location. Fantastic to have parking. Master bedroom mattress is amazing, so comfortable. Kitchen well equipped.

Cons: Key cabinet is difficult to get at, nearly dropped the key in to the bush (could just be me being stupid!). Single bed mattresses could do with replacing, or mattress toppers. Heater in main bedroom didn’t work so was chilly in there. None of this would put me off staying here again.

A lovely Suffolk break

Pros: The location was perfect for walking down to the town and beach and also for visiting nearby places such as Thorpness and Southwold. The flat was very comfortable and well furnished, with lots of games, books etc as well as tourist information and maps of the area. The kitchen equipment covered everything we needed. The two bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious and an en suite extra bathroom was a bonus.

Cons: The steep staircase on entering the flat was slightly challenging when carrying luggage, food etc in and out, but we had been warned.

Lovely Flat on the fringes of Aldeburgh High Street

Pros: A short stroll to the High Street, so away from the crowds and the buzz, even if on the main access road to the town. Very \

Cons: Not a problem for us, but stairs up to the flat may not suit everyone. And with open windows, a bit noisy on the road side of the building, thankfully the other side from bedrooms.

Real gem of a flat, close to town and classy, comfortable interior.

Pros: Loved the ease of access and parking. An easy 5-10 min walk into town. Place was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and superbly comfortable with great beds and showers. Noticed that a lot of effort and cost had been spent on decoration and fittings and fixtures.

Great Stay - will be back

Pros: Great location - easy walk to the seafront and friendly neighbours. Off street parking good. Apartment itself was very spacious and clean. Well equipped and comfortable. Two supermarkets close by (+ a fantastic farm shop down the road) and easy access to rest of Suffolk. And we have to say Suffolk is lovely - nice wide but scenic roads. Framlingham Castle, RSPB Minsmere, Sutton Hoo and Orford Ness (make sure you book ferry in advance) are all well worth a visit.

Cons: Pillows a bit thin for us.
