Had a really wonderful stay, the apartment wants for nothing, clean and comfortable in a secure building and excellently

Pros: Lovely property, very comfortable and well appointed and was just perfect! Great location with everything within walking distance, secure parking and plenty of restaurants a few minutes walk away. Communication with Andrew and Tanya was very good and very helpful when travelling from Australia, which is much appreciated.

Weekend stay

Pros: We stayed at the property for the weekend as our friend was getting married close by. The property is lovely and cosy, perfectly located with all the facilities you would need. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and very helpful. We would love to stay here again if we ever come back to the area.

Great place to stay in Billericay

Pros: Incredible place to stay. We loved every bit. Fantastic location, well equipped, absolutely immaculate, super communication. We would love to stay again. We found the traffic a little bit noisy outside but the place was so good, it didn't matter.

Great, I would thoroughly recommend to stay at this property, we may again some time!

Pros: Every box ticked, great space, clean and tidy, all facilities and we were able to walk into town for a fantastic Indian curry! - Andrew and Tanya were very helpful and added to this very positive experience for my family and I!

Classy Apartment

Pros: Classy spacious apartment. Kitted out with everything we needed for our weekend stay. The kitchen was equipped with everything that you would need to cook in. Albeit we didn't do so as we took advantage of the restaurants in Billericay high street which is a few minutes walk.

Comfortable and hassle-free

Pros: Easy access. Good location in Billericay for cafes, restaurants and high street — and rail station is just next door. Well-equipped comfortable flat. TV ready-prepped with streaming services. Will book again when visiting Billericay

Cons: Allocated space in secure car park was obscured by another car. But it was resolved the next day by the owner.
