Lovely apartment

Pros: It was very clean, really nice and modern. Had all the amenities you needed. It was easy to find and even had a parking space within gated areas for extra security! It is very close to the city centre, around 5 minute walk and a few minute drive from a big superstore. The landlord/owner/manager was very pleasant and helpful when needed. Would definitely stay here again if I were to go back to Chelmsford!

Very clean appartment and quiet .comfy bed..close to amenities

Pros: Great host..very helpful ..Answered all my calls and messages and said if I needed help with anything just ask..Parking was behind the building..hob with door key to apartment, hob opens the gates to car park. . car is safe and secure! Nice walk along the river to shops and restaurants..we would stay again..🤩

Lovely flat in a good location.

Pros: Very nicely furnished flat, very clean and comfy beds. Parking was a bonus and owner couldn’t have been more helpful.

Clean, comfortable and efficient

Pros: Very clean and comfortable and close to a great coffee shop for breakfast. Host was super efficient and it was easy to get in and out with safe parking.

Cons: No where to hang anything or put anything in small bedroom. No beside light for reading. No lightshades in bedrooms. No recycling bins so not very eco.

Well located comfortable flat

Pros: Was in Cheltenham to watch cricket at Essex. Flat is well located for the ground. Prior to check in there is a council car park at 8.50 a day right behind Nice walk to ground lots of restaurants. Flat was v nice. Big TV with sky and good WiFi Rooms comfy

Cons: Check in was a bit of a pain. Ringing owner to be directed in. Drop box please. ID requirements not advised till day, luckily I had on dropbox. Not needed. Blinds do not block out the sun so wake too early. Only limited loo roll

Pros: The apartment was lovely, clean and in a great location. Car parking was also a bonus. Tea & coffee would have made it perfect!
