Pros: The flat is very well presented & clean. We met the Owner, who is just starting out in this field. We gave him some feedback, which he was not only open to, but actually thanked us for our observations. It is located very close to the beach front and the pier. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would return.

Cons: There were no bath towels upon arrival, however this was rectified after we spoke to the owner. The dessert & most of the teaspoons were missing, as were some of the plates! Again, we mentioned this to the owner, who was quite shocked to find out that people break things & fail to report it & we're not sure he'll ever get over discovering that people have a habit of stealing spoons!!! The back of the sofa was broken, to the point that we were unable to lean back on it at all. Again, we made the owner aware of this & he will be replacing it. Something we forgot to report to him; the wardrobe in the 2nd bedroom needs to be fixed to the wall as it fell forward when we opened it.
