Pros: Excellent location and very easy to get stuff sorted - heating, cooker, WiFi. Parking is free in Ely and the car park is three minutes away.

Cons: Nothing!

Great stay and location

Pros: Great location, very comfortable bed and easy check in.

Cons: Not enough tea making facilities so we ran out of sugar and the plates, saucepan and cutlery were dirty prior to use.

Comfortable accommodation.

Pros: Very comfortable bed, good facilities and easy to access being on the ground floor. Quiet location very close to the city centre. We highly recommend it.

Cons: Initial access would have been easier with a photo of flat door showing the location of the key pad.

A nice base from which to enjoy wonderful Ely.

Pros: Convenient to all of Ely, private, good facilities though we couldn’t use the stove as there was no manual.

The stay was pleasant.

Pros: It was well located to train station and central city. We were very close to the Thursday market. The kitchen was equipped for cooking our meals .

Cons: There was a lack of instruction on how to get hot water and how to use the shower. There was an instruction manual but it did not include basic instructions on the electrical outlets and hot water tank.
