Modern and spacious two bedroom apartment

Good base for a city break

Pros: Prompt responses to queries from the owner. Very central location. Comfortable beds. Cafe Nero, restaurants and shops all very near. Free parking adjacent to property.

Cons: The property being on the top floor (no lift) is daunting - okay for us, but others might need more warning. The lack of a coffee maker- moka pot or cafetière. Instant coffee was provided but I don’t drink it!

Great town centre location

Pros: Excellent location, clean comfortable apartment. Surprisingky quiet especially considering the location, really enjoyed my stay.

Cons: The stairs.

Pros: Great location. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. Perfect for a weekend trip away. Communication from the host made the stay very easy, aswell as free parking nearby.

Pros: It was in a good location, handy for shops and restaurants, as we were self catering it had a good selection of supermarkets and specialist outlets near by.

Cons: The flat was on the top floor so this could be a bit of problem to less a less bodied people so this needs to be highlighted for other people going to this flat. Also could not connect to the WiFi password problem an easy fix if this was added to the site on a sheet with contact details. The kitchen, and lounge was very well kept and easy to clean, heating was very good, the decorating was a little dated in some area ie bedroom area these are minor issues and are ment to highlight these problems. I would use this property again if these things are improved

Pros: The location was central and good, property very clean and comfortable. Good customer service and prompt to respond when needed.

Cons: Couldn't get the heater on despite turning them all on. So, was left cold during our stay.

Outstanding property in the middle of Ipswich!!

Pros: Had absolutely everything we needed, was very close to the town centre. Felt extremely safe and secure. Host was great at contact throughout the stay.

Cons: What was not to like!!

Pros: We liked very much the location. We felt very safe since the property had great security. The host was excellent with her responses to all our many requests and questions.

Cons: There was nothing to complain about.

Pros: A very clean and comfortable apartment with all the essentials . Would 100% recommend .

Pros: Really good location, right in the middle of the town. The apartment is reasonably sized and the rooms were good size. All the amenities were available and owner had thoughtfully kept all the little things you would need to make a home away from home.

Cons: Location can sometimes be a hassle specially at night when partying crowd could be too loud on the streets

Great location great host would definitely book again

Pros: Good location apartment clean very easy to access keys

Cons: While it is a great location it’s above a pub so is loud and can hear the band but didn’t bother us as we all still slept
