Breeze on Southend in Essex

Pros: Good location, free parking in the road. Good communication with owner. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean

Cons: Small kitchen but well equipped could have done with a mirror in twin bedroom

Perfect cosy house.

Pros: This house was perfect for the weekend, very cozy and we all slept good and great price for the weekend.

Cons: Trainline very close but goes by in seconds..

Pros: The property had been cleaned well before arrival, we were even given our own hand towels on our beds. The layout of the house was lovely, we had enough toilet roll and kitchen roll for our stay. The house was very well equipped in terms of the kitchen and the tv also had many different options such as Netflix and Amazon prime.

Cons: The only problem I had was with the sound of the fridge in the living room, after a while it did start to give me a headache but I understand that there’s not much to be done about that and thought it was a good use of space!

Pros: Cleanliness, well equipped, comfortable, WiFi and Streaming platforms to close the day, close to the train station, minimarkets and some food places. Clear instructions delivered by the property contact point.

Cons: Check-in time could be earlier. And check-out time could be later.

Pros: The house was an amazing find. Clean comfortable all the essentials of a home. Even a big garden to relax in. Beach 15 min walk (5mins in cab) shops and takeaways at the top of the road so easy access to everything. We will definitely be returning

Cons: We had absolutely no issues at all my only slight thing would be that there are no TVs in the bedrooms (but my preference)

Pros: Apartment very clean and well-kept, very well-equipped. Nice area, close to both the center and the beach. It was a wonderful time.

Pros: Clean property, nice location, plenty of sun nearby.

Cons: Could have used a few more kitchen utensils. A can opener, peeler etc. maybe a little more cutlery etc

Homely n handy for everything

Pros: Helpful host - have been her at least 3 times now and all goes well

Cons: There’s nothing not to like - you can’t always park outside the property but haven’t had any problems parking in the same road or surrounding side road
