Pros: Really liked the premises. If it was possible to get it at long term I would have got it for sure

Great stay, would recommend!

Pros: Clean, tidy, cooking facilities & supplies were great! Spacious, smart TV, easy parking around the back street, lots of local shops to get essentials and food

Cons: Mattress was very soft, the legal form was a bit random, never needed that in any other properties

Pros: The warm electric radiators and the kitchen facilities

Cons: TV not in bedroom, but the lounge is still comfortable

Pros: Had a lovely stay, the place was very well located, comfortable, clean and I had a very smooth experience.

Pros: Good location for our short stay, apartment was modern and bright with all the amenities you need for a short stay.

Cons: Nothing really. Only points to look at would be the tap on the kitchen sink was loose so care was needed when using and the fan in the kitchen(top right corner of the room) could do with cleaning.

Pros: The privacy, security and overall comfort, quietness. Well maintained facilities and excellent communication with the property. Local for the Westcliff train station.

Perfect place for a short break. Would definitely book again if staying in the area.

Pros: Quiet but tucked away behind a high street. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and convenience stores just outside the gates.

Cons: Nothing that I can think of.

Pros: I had a really lovely stay at Dream Yard Apartments. It was even nicer than the photos. Really modern and spotlessly clean. The host was really easy to contact and so helpful. It’s a really safe apartment behind secured gates right in town which is great. It had everything you needed. A really lovely place to stay in Southend.

Nice place , secure , safe , excellent location for shops , restaurants and theatre.

Pros: A very spacious bedroom with a really comfortable bed, the on suite bathroom very good. Living dining area good a little small but this was the smallest junior room so to be expected. Sofa good, tv good.

Cons: Nothing really every thing was good
