Lovely accommodation and ideal location.

Pros: The property was lovely, well maintained and very modern. It had everything we needed for a nights stay and had the shops a 30 second walk away if we needed anything. Communication was great throughout! Would recommend to anyone. 😊

OK but could be improved

Pros: It was big and spacious and very close to the town centre.the bed was very comfortable.

Cons: The chairs In the living room all seemed to be broken or on there last legs the flush was broken in the bathroom there wasn't batteries in the remote in the front room had to keep swapping from the bedroom ones other than that was OK could do with a lick of paint as the walls are heavily marked and mould is visible on all window panels.

Cons: No welcome/infomation package and had no idea how to get onto the WiFi

Pros: Excellent location. Close to all shops and train station. Clean, tidy and very well equipped. Key lock entry made it very easy. Owner was very attentive and helpful and sorted out issues immediately.

Nice stay in the appartment

Pros: Great, cosy appartment with the short distance to High Street and seafront. Would book it again when coming/ staying in Southend-on-Sea. Nice and friendly communication with the owners.

Great property in a great location

Pros: Nice property. Nice location. Excellent communication. Spare bed was ready set up which helped massively. Couldn't fault the property for our 2 night stay. Would definitely use again if we were I'm Southend

Cons: There was a leg missing on one of the chairs and another chair was wonky. That was the only slight issue and it meant we couldn't sit round for dinner the first night. But that was only a small issue and didn't ruin the holiday. The owner offered to fix it as well so they were very keen to make sure everything was sorted.
