Will definitely book again. Fabulous hosts.

Pros: Extremely clean yet homely. Thoughtful details such as washing up liquid, sponge, tea towel plus coffee, tea and sugar. Heating also had been put on after a hellish drive! So very much appreciated.

Excellent stay

Pros: Lovely holiday home, in very nice setting. All the comforts of home. Great sundeck. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Good to have the independence of your own accommodation.

Lovely better than we expected

Pros: It was beautifully clean . Chris left t bags , coffee,sugar,milk and a packet of biscuits for us . Told us to call her if we needed anything . Bed was comfy ,lounge with plenty of comfy seats . Grounds are lovely and the site was quiet. Would definitely recommend it .

Pros: Excellent clean spacious caravan, with all you needed. The outside area is great with table and chairs. The host are a lovely couple located near by if you need them. The location is great right next to the train station. Easy to get to Clacton and Walton. The Entertainment on the site is excellent but only really for younger children. With bar and restaurant with a large terrace leading to the outdoor swimming pool.

Cons: No site shop, although there is a little shop at reception.

Pros: Very welcoming host. Provided some extras eg. milk, T bags, treats for the grandchildren Used the onsite clubhouse - very friendly and welcoming . A bit expensive
