Pros: Convenient for access to Cambridge City Centre . On park & ride bus route . Easy to access major routes in & out of Cambridge by car Own free parking ( a major plus ) Breakfast included in price .

Worth the price

Pros: Location was great. Self check in worked well once you know you need to call upon arrival to find out what room you’re in and how to get your keys No staff on site, only at breakfast. Breakfast was basic but adequate.

Cons: Someone in the room below snored all night but wasn’t the b&bs faults but agree the walls are very thin.

Pros: Nice rooms, clean, nicely decorated, good choice breakfast, comfy beds, welcoming, quiet, would stay again if up that way

Pros: The guest house was very clean and tidy, a lovely breakfast. The staff were nice and friendly. Good value for money would highly recommend.

A lovely reasonably priced guesthouse with a nice breakfast room.

Pros: It was great to be able to park at the property, the room was well provisioned, the breakfast room really nice with a good range of food options. It was good to be able to collect the key from a key safe when we arrived late in the evening.

Cons: The buses back from the city centre were delayed on both days with big queues, so not as easy for public transport as we'd hoped. Though not too expensive for a cab, about £10 to £12.

Good access to Cambridge at a reasonable price

Pros: Really nice breakfast with staggered times and no long waits. Good selection of cold options plus the offer of hot eggs, tomatoes and bacon. Room had everything you'd expect. In central Cambridge, parking is a problem, and pricey, so it was an advantage to have it free on site with approx 30 mins walk in to the City.

Cons: Could do with a light at the entrance door to see the key boxes if you arrive in the dark.

Excellent stay.

Pros: Staff helpful, rooms clean, food lovely. What more could you want? Will definitely be staying here again when on our annual visit to Cambridge.
