Pros: Caravan close to entrance. Short walk to the beach. Excellent communication from owners. Caravan was clean. Beds very comfortable and rooms spacious.

Absolutely fantastic and would definitely come again!!!

Pros: Decent size, comfy beds, 10 minute straightforward walk to the beach, Clacton Pier 20 minute drive away. Good on-site shop!

Cons: My only issue was how easy it is to unlock and open the main door from inside, where one of my children was 2 about to turn 3, I found myself worrying about him getting out. A catch at the top of the door would have made this a non-issue.

Pros: Thank you to the owners, absolute value for money, location of property 1 minute to the exit, 1 minute to the carpark, 2minutes to food and entertainment, 10 minute walk to the beach front, this should be an option if you are on a budget. Fantastic, quick, help full staff at 2c-holidays, and no need to give over a ton of your data, just a name and email. Thank you 2c - Holidays for your very helpful staff. 100 % will be returning.
