Tea /coffee etc was replenished to max this time , much appreciated.

Pros: Its modern and clean. Once i emailed the letting guys the heating went on as requested.

Cons: No mirror in the bathroom and on second visit the socket extension was gone which ment the hairdryer ( my own) didnt reach to the mirror on the door.

Great room but sort out your booking process

Pros: Probably the best laid out HMO set up I've stayed at. All rooms ensuite was great

Cons: Check in problem meant I walked in on another resident who had been given my room. Not good!

Excellent value for money compared to hotels in the area. Perfect for people staying over for work

Pros: Amazingly clean rooms with fantastic ensuites. The kitchen and lounge area are always well presented and the showers always powerful and warm. Lovely place to get your head down for the night.

Cons: The mattresses aren't the best, they have little to no support. The ones in the other location in Vange are much better, shame they aren't the same at both.
