Friendly owner.good communication Clean spacious room with all facilities that were required

Pros: Short distance from rail station. Got uber on arrival as was dark and raining. Walked back. Approx 25 minutes

Cons: Everything was as described. The pin pad attached to door to enter code to access was a bit fiddly as sensitive and recognised digit twice. O my return in the late evening I noticed another pin pad to left of the door under the ring doorbell. This was easier to navigate and entered code to access with no problem

Best place Iv stayed in the Uk.

Pros: The owner checked us in. Fantastic guy. Personable. I totally recommend. Couldn't have asked for a better host.

Pros: The room was large and very clean. The host was friendly and informative. Kitchen was very well equipped for making drinks and snacks or a full meal if you wanted

Cons: Would have been good to have a fan as it was very hot and very little airflow. TV remote was missing so TV wouldn't work but not a big problem

Very pleasant stay and Fred the Owner couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome,

Pros: Room was clean but mattress on the hard side. Bathroom could do with a bath mat for exiting the shower and and rubbish bin

Comfortable and safe.

Pros: Polite host who understood about me being late because I got lost on a long trail walk, offered me a choice of upstairs or downstairs (downstairs was very helpful as I had a huge rucksack), showed me the washing machine etc.

If looking for a budget stay this is a great option

Pros: Very cost effective option in the centre of New Market, room was large and had been freshly decorated. Liked the electronic entry for building and rooms

Cons: I was moved last minute (literally less than 5 minutes from arriving) and although this was done for the right reasons (and close by) to have a random mobile call you and ask you to drive to a different location could be very off putting for some guests.

Fred is THE man if you need a Newmarket spot.

Pros: Fred was so helpful. The property was fresh and had all we needed.
