Lovely short break in the heart of Aldeburgh.

Pros: Lovely house on the High St with a (tiny) courtyard garden which was nice. Comfy sofas and plenty of room (only two of us stayed!). Bathrooms both nice.

Cons: There was a very bright light right outside (which turned out to be the offices of the company we booked through) which kept us awake. They explained after we’d checked out that it was a mistake.

Wonderful house with everything we needed, so cosy and warm and on the doorstep to everything.

A lovely couple of days spent at the Picture House celebrating my wife’s 50th Birthday.

Pros: The Picture House is a beautiful property that is ideally located in the centre of Aldeburgh.

Cons: The only issue with the Picture House is the parking situation. You can only park directly outside the property for a maximum of 2 hours. Apart from that, the property was faultless.

Lovely comfortable property but wouldn't stay again due to noise

Pros: The property is decorated beautifully with lots of thoughtful touches such as baskets to put bits in, plenty of hanging space, hand washes and creams, board games, fast WiFi, lots of premuim TV channels etc. There are quality fixtures and fittings, lovely bedding and comfortable mattresses. Definitely one of the nicest interiors we have experienced in a holiday rental.

Cons: Whilst being in a perfect location for access to the beach and High Street, we did find there was significant road traffic noise which started quite early in the morning. The kids bedroom is also right next to someone's balcony/patio and my children were disturbed by late night chatting and laughing.
