lovely little find.

Pros: it was very spacious and lots of home comforts such as salt and vinegar and cleaning equipment. the garden is just perfect. very quiet area even with a pub a few yards away. beds are comfy and it’s much bigger than you think. perfect base to see all of brightlingsea and surrounding areas.

Cons: the stairs are very steep. Our dog struggled to get down them and she’s not old. we were really worried she would fall down them. If small children are staying I would advise taking a stair gate. we were warned about the stairs so can’t really grumble.
