What a gem I just wish we'd booked an extra night!

Pros: Perfect location to retire to after our daughter's wedding at the Sancroft Barns. With so many beds & bathrooms available all the family were able to stay very comfortably together. It is a fabulous space with lots to do or just relax and enjoy the beautiful and quiet surroundings.

Perfect place to relax, reconnect, have fun, explore, eat great food! Don't think twice to go!

Pros: We came to Low Farm Barn to celebrate my mother in laws 80th birthday as a family of 10. This property exceeded our expectations. The grounds, facilities, beautiful details, comfortable beds, incredible kitchen were wonderful. We loved using the football game, and large chess. We could not have asked for a better place to celebrate. So close to Framlingham, such a gorgeous little town. We visited the castle on the hill mentioned in Ed Sheeran's song. We didn't realise that this was Ed's home town ! We are already talking about when to come back. Our host Victoria, was easily contacted with any questions.

A beautiful property, peaceful and tranquil location, perfect layout in the property for family gatherings or group spec

Pros: The layout is perfect for family gatherings or group events. Victoria could not have offered us anymore… the bedrooms are all en-suite which is perfect for everyone to have their own spaces. The gardens are delightful with plenty of room to play badminton. We had 5 dogs with us for the weekend and they loved exploring the gardens( one escape artist but Victoria could not have been quicker to find where the dog broke through and find a fix..) the kitchen is really well equipped with enough cutlery and crockery and cooking equipment. Our gas engineer son was extremely impressed with the professional installations of heating and hot water! Everything about the property lent itself to a really lovely weekend for a special occasion. Would definitely return!…

Perfect barn, would love to come back and have recommended to friends and family!

Pros: The property was beautiful and ideal for a group of friends. The kitchen had everything we needed, the outside space was amazing and overall a brilliant place to stay.

A beautiful and comfortable stay in a top quality barn conversion

Pros: A beautiful place to spend time with family with a stunning outside space. A high quality renovation with lots of additions to make this an easy living space. Lots of extras too to keep all ages entertained. The location is perfect for short strolls through farmland to local pubs etc

Cons: Only one very minor comment- I mentioned to the owner that the WiFi dropped sometimes and she said this was unusual and is looking into it.
