Spacious House Near Cambridge - Free Parking and Garden

Comfortable pre-Christmas stay, batteries recharged!

Pros: It was a very comfortable house with excellent facilities (heating etc). It was a nice quiet location with easy access to Cambridge and local amenities.

Nice quiet little getaway.

Pros: We loved our stay here, the property is lovely and in a lovely, peaceful location. Also, looking at the reviews, the hosts seemed to take into consideration the criticism others posted in the reviews. A previous review mentioned that the carpets were old and uncomfortable but they appear to have changed them since, and another review mentioned how hard the beds were but they were very comfortable when we stayed. Also, when we had to contact the hosts, they were always very quick to respond and helpful too. Would recommend if you are looking for somewhere within the area.

Cons: The village itself doesn't have a great deal to do but it's very peaceful and picturesque so it's not much of a downside, plus it's close enough to a beautiful, bustling city so it's easy to find things to do if you don't mind travelling out a bit. If you want to relax, this is perfect.

Great value for money

Pros: Great parking, easy to pick up the keys and friendly neighbours. Slightly outside of the city so was quiet and felt very safe, and the journey into the city was only about 12 minutes by car. It was great to have an entire flat to ourselves with laundry facilities, a kitchen and full living/dining area.

Cons: It was quite hot upstairs, especially during the night. The bunk beds had very thin mattresses, so weren't really suited for adults. The bottom bunk had 2 mattresses which helped, but both beds could do with an upgrade to proper mattresses. We also did a few loads of laundry whilst we were there, but didn't have much space to hang this up to dry.

Excellent and Comfortable

Pros: Very spacious and sunny with nice kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine and dishwasher made life easy. Comfortable and easy access to Cambridge city park and ride

Cons: Cleaning could be better. No vacuum cleaner provided. Needs change of floor matting. Bed mattresses also need upgrade

Pros: Gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber, schöne Lage. Kostenloses Parken vor dem Haus. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten, sehr ruhige Gegend.
