Lovely and peaceful stay, and saw some wildlife (pheasant and munkjack deer.

Pros: Nice breakfast provided. Locally sauced eggs, bacon and sausages from butchers. Loved the decor and the bed was comfortable.

Escape to the country

Pros: Fabulous location in the countryside with an abundance of wildlife. The owners are lovely and very helpful

Cons: The water pressure is very low so washing/showering not brilliant

Had a great time as we had family on Christmas day and boxing day.

Pros: They provided breakfast for us, but we had it that evening, as we were having an early lunch next day. They even got us a nice bottle of prosecco. Really nice bungalow with plenty of space in the living room and bedroom.

Cons: The cooker hob didn't have any numbers on the knops, very hard to know which way was high or low.
