Perfect location and lovely surroundings.

Pros: Location perfect for Snetterton race track and dog walks! Pubs, local shops walkable. Enclosed garden meant we could leave the door open and let the dog out without worrying. We also made good use of the nearby lake for fishing.

Cons: Personal preference would have been to have a shower cubicle rather than an over bath shower.

Pros: Very clean and comfy. We did enjoy a lot staying at this longe. Owners very friendly and was there for us if needed. Privacy this is what we liked most, piece and quite we enjoyed every day. Very high recommended for others. Definitely will be back.

Cons: Communication could definitely be improved. On the way to given location we lost, post code given haven't take us to the exact location. We was stopping random people asking for help, none of them knew where Waterways Farm located. Instructions given its all depends which way you coming from, signs taking you to farm its invisible and hidden by 🌳 🍃. When you driving car it's impossible to spot it. My suggestion here to re allocate sign in front of street. We did try to call main contact,number given for us with no response , we was just about to turn back home, but luckily Husband spotted sign. Definitely need to have someone available to guide in case this is happening. Some people may travel hours to get there. We experienced very stressful trip as couldn't find the house.
