Fabulous

Pros: Pear Tree Stable is a fantastic holiday home. Smartly furnished, spacious, comfortable, very well equipped, so peaceful and in a great location. Spotlessly clean to. Sarah and Simon are excellent hosts and really have thought of everything from a great welcome pack to folders stuffed full of useful information. Their visitors guide is the best we've ever seen! Harleston is a lovely town. Soul Cafe and JD Young recommended. Lovely walks from the doorstep and further afield Dunwich and Walberswick. Great kayaking with Captain Cook Tours just down the road and we even fitted in an evening at the wonderful outdoor theatre; Frankenstein in the forest! Amazing! Stay here you won't be disappointed.

Pros: Without doubt one of the best holiday let's i have ever stayed in, and I have done hundreds of the years. Absolutely top quality, spotlessly clean....just perfect...just gutted we could not stay there longer.

Beautiful barn everything you need for a first class stay.

Pros: A beautiful property. Probably the nicest self-accommodation I've ever stayed in. Everything is beautifully done from the decor, furniture to the fabulous garden. Every thought has been made to ensure you have everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Great location so many fabulous places close by. Great hosts very warm & friendly.

Cons: Just a slight thing - turning out of the property its quite difficult to see left so maybe a mirror would be beneficial? Saying that it is a quiet road.

Such a perfect place to stay

Pros: I recently spent two wonderful nights here with my mum for her birthday. When we walked into the barn we fell in love with the place. We were so impressed with how clean and tidy the whole barn was. We really loved the attention to detail with the welcome basket with snacks in and the small pint of milk in the fridge. The garden is beautiful and as people who love gardening, we really appreciated the plants in flower. We loved sitting outside watching the birds and spotting a muntjac deer. The barn comes so well equipped for cooking utensils, pots, pans and so much more. The pantry in particular shocked us with how much the lovely owners have thought about placing in there. The beds that my mum and I slept in were both extremely comfortable. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Cons: Nothing not to like!

Beautiful, cosy, stylish and well equipped barn!

Pros: Everything was thought of in the property! It was clean, beautifully furnished and we were even left a box of treats on arrival! We stayed for a wedding in Bungay and were able to book a taxi in advance with recommendations from the hosts :) we plan to return with our baby and dog for a family holiday.

Cons: Nothing. It was fantastic and we will return again soon.

Pros: Our party of 6 each had all we needed and we all loved the barn. The barn is clean (The cleanest accomodation that we have ever stayed in ) Well equipped (The most well equipped accomodation we have ever stayed in too) Comfortable Beautiful / private surroundings We would definitely recommend this barn We will definitely consider another stay. The owners thought of everything Thank you

Fab building great out look.

Pros: There was nothing to dislike. Attention to detail was amazing. Had a wonderful time.

Mini break in an idyllic location, lots to do and see near by with a perfect retreat at the end of the day.

Pros: Spacious, very well equipped, peaceful, beautiful view over the orchard, most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, thoughtful welcome pack and the hosts couldn’t have been more helpful an accommodating.

Cons: Nothing to fault.

We’ve already booked for next year!

Pros: This is the second time we have visited the property this year, which says it all really. We were lucky that it was available for the weekend we had planned. The barn is very comfortable, warm, has everything in the kitchen that you need, we even noticed the addition of the ninja and coffee machine this time. The beds are so comfortable with lovely soft pillows and duvets. I also liked the addition of the cabinets in the bathrooms this time, it was really useful to have a shelf for the products I use. Our son was straight into the basket to get out the toy train set, which he’d remembered from our previous stay.

Pros: Beautiful property. So clean and well looked after. Very comfortable. We loved it!
