Modern 3 Bedroom Town House

Perfectly workable 3-bedroom house, which would have got better ratings with a few more home comforts

Pros: Clean and tidy and it suited our needs for a couple with a grownup son visiting Ipswich for a couple of days. Quiet area.

Cons: Miles from anywhere in a new housing estate surrounded but a rather rundown urban area. No shampoo etc provided, nor a hairdryer. Furniture was at a minimum, making living and bedrooms very ‘functional’ rather than nice. Bed was rather softer than we’d have liked.

Pros: Very clean, rooms and were a good size, really nice kitchen diner. Nice clean back garden.

Cons: Could have done with more towels 1 each for 4 days nd nights wasn't enough.. A bit difficult to find buf we succeeded eventually.

Good price and location

Pros: Great house in a good central location. The instructions to find it were good. The price was great for me with grandkids. Loved the layout of the house.

Cons: There was no milk or drinkable coffee and the sugar needed changing. We had to go searching at 11pm for a shop to get some. I have been to quite a few air b&bs and they all have facilities to make a drink. Bed in the small room needs a topper or replacing as springs are coming through. The house could do with a paint as there are quite a few scuff marks. Shower gel in the showers would have been nice

Pros: Great house, clean & cosy. Fully enclosed garden, which has Astro grass. 15 mins walk from marina and easy access to motorway

Cons: Close windows at night as seagulls will wake you up. No wine glasses 🤓

2 night stay for family wedding

Pros: The property is within walking distance from Ipswich town the area was very quiet where we stayed the host griscilla went above and beyond to make sure we had enjoyable stay. we received a text in the morning when we was arriving with the code for the key we also found the house very spacious with a bonus ensuite very nice thankyou for making our stay very comfortable. There was also parking for our minivan which went under the house with no issues
