What a beautiful place to stay

Pros: Gorgeous, secluded location. Very well appointed accommodation and THE most comfortable bed. Easy walk into St Osyth.

Cons: No keypad on the inside of the gate, which would be useful when walking out of the property. Charge for use of hot tub was excessive.

A wonderful romantic get away xx

Pros: This is a stunning place to visit. It's clean, well presented and the beds are extremely comfortable. The view from the outdoor turret space is breath taking, especially at night from the hot tub! So lovely to see all the wild animals too. Local pubs are fantastic with lovely food, would also recommend the Indian restaurant 5 mins walk away and the Curve water park was so much fun! A lovely romantic get away for myself and my husband.

Cons: Unfortunately we had issues with the WIFI, however credit to them, they did correct it, but it was too late for me to do some work so had to find somewhere local to log in. The plug sockets are few and far between for a new build. Also in the bedroom had to crawl under the dressing table to plug in the hairdryer. Other than these niggly bits it was a lovely stay xx

Pros: Everything, it is a beautiful property, everything you could possibly need is provided, it’s clean and comfortable and it has a hot tub!

Cons: I would prefer blinds on a bathroom window, and it would be lovely to have a map of the walks on the estate we were not sure where we could walk

An exceptional property that far exceeded our expectations

Pros: This is an exceptional property, and we feel extremely privileged to have experienced it. The design, decor and furnishings are absolutely stunning - everything has been so well thought out. We couldn't find fault at all. It really did exceed our expectations.

Absolutely wonderful

Pros: Absolutely fantastic accommodation, hot tub a bonus and wonderful setting. Exceptional and highly recommended.

Cons: Nothing- however just one small thing it would be nice to have a tables and chairs to sit/eat outside in the garden in the summer months

Magical

Pros: It was like being in our own little castle. Every detail had been perfectly thought out. Fabulous roof terrace where we spent most of our time with great views, sun loungers and hot tub. We were so lucky with the weather too!

Cons: Only a tiny niggle. Nowhere to put toiletries in the shower except the floor.

Could not have been lovelier! We want to do it all over again and share with other friends and family!

Pros: Utter perfection!!! There really is no other way to describe this property. It is set in a stunning location, and beautifully decorated throughout. The owners have provided almost literally everything you could possibly need or want, and to the highest quality, from the cutlery to the bedroom curtains, it’s loveliness everywhere! There were thoughtful touches like the bowl of fruit, milk and butter. The hot tub was amazing and watching the hares dashing about the surrounding fields was so cool.

Cons: It wasn’t something we didn’t like so much but more a preference . there was no blinds or coverings on the bathroom windows, which was not a big deal you are not overlooked or anything it just felt strange.

Exceptional!

Pros: Beautiful property finished to a very high standard in a stunning location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Cons: Would be helpful to have blinds in the bathroom. If you are not careful when using the bathroom you can be in full view of people entering the main gates! Jacuzzi is also an expensive add on at £150. £50 would be more reasonable.
