A perfect retreat.

Pros: Well equipped and full of character. A perfect retreat within easy driving of a range of activities and attractions. The hosts provided great information and we're on hand if we needed anything.

Peaceful location close to Aldeburgh

Pros: Nice and quiet location close to Aldeburgh. Clean comfy rooms.

Cons: 4pm check in too late

Very pleasant traditional property in a good location

Pros: The barn is set well back from the road (which is fairly busy) by its spacious gardens. The part we stayed in was enormous with a double height ceiling and mezzanine. Plenty of room.

Cons: It would have been nice to have a downstairs loo to avoid night time climbs upstairs from the bedroom. The gardens are shared and not enclosed which might be worth thinking about if you have young children or a dog more adventurous than ours!

Pros: Lovely clean property with everything you need for a stay. Lovely hosts.

Perfectly located for a trip to north Suffolk, we couldn’t have asked for more!

Pros: Beautifully decorated, all facilities we needed. Clean well equipped and all that we needed for a family for a few days away.

Pros: Beautiful property. Clean with all conveniences we needed. Communication was all via a management company rather than hosts themselves.

Cons: No secure garden for dogs. Road a bit noisy. Maybe some seating area at the back would be a good quieter place to sit.

Pros: The accommodation was clean and the location was excellent for seeing the county.

Cons: Nothing was a negative for us.

Tranquil, rustic and memorable

Pros: The space was perfect for me and my daughters. Just the right size to all for us all to recharge.

Cons: Flies were an issue but not unexpected with so much agriculture around.
