A clean cottage, good comfortable beds. We were able to put our account no into the smart tv

Pros: Claires holiday cottage is lovely. Peaceful location, not to far from Diss where you will find at least 3 large supermarkets. Petrol station enroute plus a lovely pub with a good menu. Man in local shop reserved a daily paper for us each day. Russell & Claire have the perfect place to stay, they were around should we of needed them but otherwise left us to enjoy their holiday home.

Cons: The lounge settee could of been better. But thats a small gripe.

Beautiful hot tub holiday cottage.

Pros: We liked the hot tub the most, morning & evening! Also having 2 baths & a shower inside the cottage was really handy for us as a family of 2 adults & 2 kids - so all were enjoyed. All the decor & fittings were cosmetically pleasing, beds were very comfortable - especially liked how low they were. Wide doors opening on to patio were popular. Welcome hamper a delightful surprise! Thank you - my favourite type of jam 👍👍

Cons: Simply a design issue, but cutlery drawer so well hidden we almost totally gave up - planning to pop to Diss tesco for forks & spoons! A sign maybe on the side of the fridge for new arrivals would be helpful, as we needed to cook & eat dinner as soon as we got there. Also related to this, oven a bit outdated - perhaps due an upgrade at some point? Our pizza was very burnt. Our mistake as we didn't have time to read the appliance booklet that was in the drawer. But the pictures on the knobs didn't make it very clear what setting we needed, whereas our oven at home does, even to someone who has never used it.
