This is an exceptional property to stay in and explore West Mersea and the surrounding areas.

Pros: The contact prior to our arrival, the location, the cleanliness of the house, the attention to detail, the care and thought from the host. Everything had been thought of and Amanda (the host) had also made us the most fabulous cake.

Simply perfect!

Pros: Everything! The house is beautiful, filled with home comforts. So much thought has gone in to make sure you have all you need and more. The Xmas decorations were fabulous and the cake was divine- what more could you ask for 😊

Fantastic stay in a lovely house .... would return.

Pros: Attention to detail in the property was excellent (nothing was overlooked) We had everything we needed and more. The cake and fresh eggs were a very welcome bonus.

A beautiful home from home!

Pros: Klara’s house was spotless, it had everything we could have wished for. The beds were comfy and added extras made it all the more special.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike!

Comfortable, quality family break in a peaceful Essex countryside place.

Pros: We were particularly impressed with all the amenities in the house; all the potential needs and requirements were anticipated / taken care of. The house layout makes one feel comfortable and there is a lovely conservatory looking at the back garden. We intend to visit again.

Cons: The visit was a result of a re-booking (originally booked for May but the visit needed to be postponed). However, it seems that there was a miscommunication between booking.com / ourselves / the landlords and this was dragging on for some time. I am not sure whose responsibility was that, but I tried my best to sort out. Also some of the personal car drivers in the wider area did not seem to concur with the peaceful countryside setting....
