Modern Family Caravan with WiFi at Valley Farm

As perfect as it gets!

Pros: An immaculate and modern caravan on a neat and pretty quiet site, only a few minutes away from shops, the beach and Clacton Pier. We were blown away by how pleasant it was, and the little touches that had been thought of such as tea/coffee making supplies, biscuits and lots of extras in the kitchen. Having an extra loo was a welcome bonus and the kids loved setting up a domino run that was tucked away in a drawer. All decided we would definitely be returning as it was such a lovely property!

Cons: A couple of hooks on the backs of doors would have been handy. Apart from that, we couldn't stay longer would be my only complaint!

Helping create memories

Pros: Everything you could need. Modern, clean, quiet and parking near.

Cons: The oven. Took a long time to cook anything lol. Not a deal breaker. Would be nice if it had an extra shelf in oven to place items like on.

Pros: Very clean property, modern with personalised touches. We stayed 2 adults and 4 small children. Small touches like packs of sweets and ice lollies in the freezer was a pleasant surprise and the kids (of course) loved! All necessities provided such as toilet roll, handwash, teabags ....Exceeded expectations and photos don't do the property justice. Very accomodating host who was available for contact almost immediately. Good location for entertainment with on site facilities such as swimming pool and amusement arcade and playground.

Cons: Water stopped working on the last morning, though this was no fault of the host or property, but the site itself.

We loved this caravan.

Pros: Clean. Comfortable. Very comfortable beds. Extra little touches like chairs for out side. Roomy. Keysafe very good idea.

Cons: No blinds in toilet or shower room.

Pros: Was an amazing caravan clean throughout. It had everything we needed provided. The host was lovely and accommodating, she even left out some biscuits and tea, sugar, coffee which was so thoughtful as I had forgot to take some teabags. I would absloutely come back to this caravan again. Thanks for an amazing experience. X

Cons: We would of loved if it had a terrace as the weather was beautiful but couldn't sit outside. Nevertheless it was still amazing!!!

Pros: Excellent communication with the company. Very clean property and the owner allowed us to check out late without a charge. Most importantly my children loved the caravan. Will defo recommend

We had a lovely 3 day stay here. The kids and I had an amazing time. We will definitely return.
