Brand New Modern Holiday Home - Haven The Orchards Holiday Park

Pros: Happy with the place, enough space for 8 and very tidy

Cons: There was no WiFi, and the Internet signal was really weak even to reach our mobile data. No toiletries or towels in toilet note even 1 toilet roll. No coffee or tea that we usually find in other places that we have been before.

Pros: Lovely new caravan that was perfect for us a family of 5. Great location not to far from parks etc. Nice and clean! 5*

Lovely stay

Pros: Caravan was lovely and clean. Nice location on the park right near the entertainment. Yasmin was a lovely host helped at every hurdle. My little boy loves this site and all the amenities so to be able to book this last minute was amazing. He's only 2 and had such a lovely time highly recommended.

Cons: Booking.com had issues with receiving messages from host ended up having to message her using her telephone number.

Pros: Brand new caravan, great location with Haven activities, could not be a better place for the family holiday. Many thanks

Pros: Nice clean unit as described, facilities for children onsite are great. If you dont book for 3 night which is the minimum stay under Haven policy its not possible to pre book and swimming or activities before you go you have to see the activities desk and hope that spaces are available for what you wish them to do. As the weather was great it was a pity the outdoor pool wasnt open

Cons: Only thing I can say as a negative, its fitted out for 8 people but only 4 large dinner plates, 4 side plates and 4 bowls. Also lacking some basic kitchen items, ie, bread knife, vegetable knives, whisk etc, maybe a glass cutting board etc for just a small amount of outlay it would just make the kitchen easier to prepare food.
