Pros: Suitable for 1-5 days of work travel when you need a place to sleep after the day shift, a microwave for your food, and possibly a shower.

Cons: There is no light and mirror in the downstairs toilet, so you cannot shave there and must wait for the bathroom to be free. Additionally, there is no water stop in the bathroom sink to use while shaving.
