A great place to stay

Cons: Shared bathroom but we know when we booked.

Pros: Property is beautiful, decor is fab. We stayed in room 4, everything we needed, no issues at all, nice and comfortable.

Cons: Not an issue for other guests but bed in room 4 is very low, iv had hip surgery and have limited mobility, I had difficulty getting up. This isn't a criticism of the property, the bed was lovely and comfortable, just a note for anyone with similar mobility issues to ask before you book. Parking outside the property was sporadic but there is a car park about 200 yds away with plenty of parking slots. The property is next door to John Berry's race yard and his turn out paddock can be seen through the rear of this property, really nice for horse racing enthusiasts. Recommend to all, we go racing quite a lot, it's central to all amenities. If available we would book this property again, no problem at all.

Ideal for what I needed for a 1 night stay

Pros: Great location, Bianca was quick to reply to any questions and allowed me to check in early which was great as I had a wedding to get to!

Cons: Bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the door to the bathroom was loud so if you’re a light sleeper, you may be woken up by anyone else staying in the room next door

Pros: I really liked the host Bianca. Very down to earth, very approachable and engaging. She makes all the difference with her natural way of just BEING! There was an issue with tv remote, although I truth, it wasn't an issue for me myself, and Bianca sorted it out immediately.

Comfortable cool and clean

Pros: The house was unique and nicely decorated, i loved the decor and style. It was clean and comfortable and secure. It had a nice garden however we didnt use it.
