All round great weekend no complaints

Pros: Very friendly , nice grounds and area to chill in out the back , made us very well , would like to go back on a race day .

Cons: All good Ex

Management very friendly and helpful. Nice hotel with well appointed bar and facilities.

Pros: Room was a immaculately clean and had all that was required.

Cons: Room was a little on the cosy side!

The facilities and accommodation met our requirements and exceeded our expectations

Pros: Didn't eat at Kings Lodge tho used bar facilities which were very good Nice garden to sit in, staff very friendly and helpful.Good location in the centre of town.

Cons: Car parking was limited, had to use public car park close to Lodge. Exiting the Lodge early in the morning was interesting!!

Pros: Shame there's no breakfast, only bad thing I can say, perfect for work room 4 was exceptionally well kitted out, microwave, utensils, fridge, Staff were superb, and evening meals was great. Thank you.

Nice place,nice people nice location

Pros: Booked late and got a good rate ,so for what I paid was happy with the room.Staff very friendly and helpful.First time in Newmarket and a nice location. It was Saturday night and was concerned to see a disco was about to unfold but our room was far enogh away not to hear too much .

Cons: I guess a parking space would have been nice but given they were so busy understand why that wasn’t possible -found street parking not too far away . They told us no breakfast available Sunday morning.I don’t know if this is always the case .

Good clean hotel, but expensive for what you get

Pros: Excellent location, large rooms, plenty of staff to assist.

Cons: Air conditioning didn’t work, I requested twin bed as I was travelling with my niece, but was given a double. Hotel fully booked. very little parking

Pros: Loved everything about it. Lovely staff, room was lovely and clean too, as were all other areas. It was a hone from home

Cons: Nothing not to like

Perfect for races and free shuttle bus there and back

Pros: Chilled popular place for drinkers and lovely sunny garden

Cons: Bit early check out at 10am but managed okay
