The location was a dream - was brilliant to enjoy the gardens.

Pros: The location was fantastic and the room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: A little basic for the price. Whilst everything was fine apart from the location nothing stood out particularly.

Pros: Dream location - peaceful yet convenient! Not far at all by car from Newmarket. Check in was smooth and clear instruction to follow - I have only good thing to say!

Thoroughly please with all the amenities, location, and privacy. I plan to return soon!

Pros: This was a very nice quaint room with a spectacular countryside view. The exit to the community garden was an extra bonus. Very quiet and excellent respite for a tired and weary soul. Will book again!

Cons: The door was a little challenging to lock once inside.

Comfortable and cosy with good facilities

Pros: Lovely clean modern room. Lots of space. Excellent instructions and directions.

Cons: Not much to complain about. The door lock was a bit tricky, thought I was locked in a some point.

A perfect spot.

Pros: Amazing location. Room was spotlessly cleaned each day and condiments refreshed. Fresh apple juice and milk all sourced from the estate was a lovely touch. Friendly host and easy instructions. Will definitely return
