Spacious private cinema guest house

Pros: The stay was nice and relaxing - the facilities were great and it was clean and tidy. There is plenty of room and the bed was comfortable. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Cons: No Gripes really.

Pros: The location is perfect for visiting family and friends in Essex and London, and it has a very quick access to the motorway down to London. Devin is a great host, very friendly and welcoming. Everything facility is clean and well maintained. The projector cinema is a really nice touch for a movie night. I also got an extended check out which is well appreciated. A very good value for money and well worth it.

Cons: It is difficult to dislike a thing about this property.

Great weekend away for snooker English open

Pros: The accommodation was fantastic, spacious rooms with a super comfy bed and well-equipped amenities throughout. The dedicated parking space was a great convenience, and the projector quality exceeded expectations, perfect for a cozy movie night. Location-wise, it’s ideal: just a short drive to the supermarket and a friendly local pub. Highly recommended.

Cons: Everything about our stay was excellent, from the comfort to the overall experience. Just a couple of small suggestions: it would be helpful to list the hairdryer among the available facilities, as I brought one unnecessarily. Also, while toiletries are mentioned, providing shower gel and shampoo would be a nice touch. Not a big issue, as I usually bring my own, but it’s always appreciated when those essentials are provided.

Pros: The place was very clean ,spacious and was furnished to a high standard. It was in a lovely quiet location.Everything you needed was there. Game board if that's what you want little safe box with key to use. Added little touches made it very homely.

Pros: Very spacious. Most comfortable mattress and pillows. Parking in secure area. Jay and the lady that met me on arrival were very nice and professional.

Pros: Bright, big and airy. Comfortable bed, good bed linen. Clean kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Proximity to wedding venue.

Cons: A bit tricky to gain entry but a phone call to the owner sorted that out.
