This is our second stay here and will not be our last

Pros: our stay was lovely peaceful relaxed stay just what we needed as a family making memories beautiful country side and views everything we needed in the property like going home from home felt very relaxed we can not wait to book again as a family

Cons: There is nothing we would change out our stay we was very happy and i am sure everyone who stays would say the same

Peaceful stay in the Suffolk countryside

Pros: The property is set in the most beautiful location waking up watching the deer in the fields and other wildlife. We booked this to escape for a bit and this is exactly what we did. Carlea and the team thank you and we will be back soon

Cons: Shame the hot tub wasn’t ready for the kids but not the end of the world

A lovely, quiet retreat.

Pros: A lovely renovated stables, complete with a hot tub! Superb setting in glorious countryside. It was peaceful and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this delightful place.

Spacious single level holiday cottage, ideal fo someone with mobility issues.

Pros: Easy access for my elderly Mum. Quiet location. Spacious. Enclosed garden for our dog

Cons: Some maintenance is required to bring it back to the standard previously mentioned in reviews.

Very peaceful place to stay , sound of the trees was very relaxing.

Pros: Great really peaceful location and welcome pack was a very nice greeting.

Cons: Hot tub not my thing and a bit of an eye sore and noisy , I accept it’s something that a lot of people want now though but would have much preferred a separate toilet. Would not stop me staying again though.

Weekend stay for a wedding

Pros: Convenient for exploring,quiet easy to find,all the necessities were there very clean & welcome pack was good .All directions were explained well along with house rules etc .Nice property well maintained.

Cons: We had problems with the toilet & shower drainage & think this is an ongoing problem as there was a plunger left beside the toilet. No wardrobe or hanging facilities in the double bedroom.

Pros: Hot tub Welcome Pack Quiet location Close amenities (pubs and shops)

Cons: Front door very hard to lock and unlock. Shower too hot and unable to reduce temperature..

Fab, we'll be back

Pros: The whole place was clean, homely and comfortable. The welcome basket was a really lovely touch. Towels provided were lovely and soft and nice to have toiletries included. Really easy check in. Lovely furniture. Lovely wood burner. Lovely clean bedding. Really peaceful area. Neat garden, fully enclosed and great for dogs.

Cons: No coffee left! Window cleaner came round when we were in the hot tub without much warning!
