Peaceful stay, would come again

Pros: Really peaceful location, being out of season we pretty much had the whole campsite to ourselves. It was far better than I expected and the pod was quite spacious inside! The toilet blocks were also a pleasant surprise. Clean and quite modern. And the heater was a blessing. The sofa bed was okay it makes for quite a hard mattress but I was okay with it. Would stay again !

Cons: The bed was quite hard which my partner says wasn’t the best. but what can you do. And the room could do with a small bin for rubbish. Make sure to stack up on the amenities like tea bags etc for your stay too!

Pros: The owner was very nice and helpful, she even lent us some bedding as we forgot ours. It was very warm inside and we had logs just outside to make a fire. Very quiet and peaceful.

Pros: 10000 x better than the filthy shed I expected. It had been prewarmed and had a TV. Me and my son loved it also had hot water ..

Pros: Lovely wooden cabin on a camping ground - space to park the car next to the pod. Equipped with a TV and basic kitchen equipment. Comfy fold-out bed, decent bathroom facilities for a campsite!

Pros: Location was excellent, very quiet and remote with lots of walks.

Cons: There was nothing personally I found that I didn’t like about this campsite.

Very much enjoyed my stay and would go back again.

Pros: Pod was clean and secure; communal facilities were very clean. Lovely location to stay in - as the sun sets and then rises in the morning.

Cons: Perhaps directions should make clear to go to the campsite. I was a bit confused but the owner was extremely helpful.

fantastic little camping site

Pros: Had an amazing three night stay in this lovely out of the way farm - and the dog really enjoyed the walking in the woods too - very friendly hosts and little Cocker Spaniel

Pros: Beautiful surroundings lovely owners always friendly and help full pod always clean tidy comfortable warm 🥰

Cons: Was woken by law mower right outside the pod this time around always been pleasantly quiet other times and sensing lights not working out of order to get across from pod to the toilets 🚽 of a night time 🕰️ when dark.

This is a beautiful farm and plenty to explore.

Pros: It was so peaceful and rural. Plenty of spaces to explore. The farm is 900 acres! Our host was friendly and made sure we knew where everything was. Great for dogs. The cabins were comfortable. Fire pit was good. BBQ provided. Showers and toilets very clean!
