Superb and a hidden gem

Pros: Beds are comfortable, great bathroom, kitchen and living room, and excellent facilities. It’s surrounded by countryside, horses and great walks on your doorstep.

Everything you need for a stay in the country.

Pros: Great facilities especially for dog owners, lots of walking from the door step.

Cons: A bit of travelling if you want to shop or eat out.

We enjoyed the few days we stayed there and are hoping to go back next year.

Pros: It was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed.

Pros: Close enough to amenities but out in the boonies. Great location for touring on a motorcycle, good, secure parking.

Cons: Going home!

Pros: Great parking, comfy sofas and beds. Great location - peaceful. Within easy reach of many amenities.

Pros: Such a lovely spacious charming apartment with ample outdoor enclosed and open space. It was spotlessly clean and the milk, juice jam and butter, dog treats and towel for paws were thoughtful touches. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dishwasher and washing machine is a bonus. A picturesque tranquil location, ideal for doorstep dog walks and to explore Norfolk. Would love to return as the kids loved seeing the horses next door!

Cons: That we had to come home so soon!

Pros: Well presented, had everything you needed and lovely extra touches like milk, butter and jams, plus biscuits for the dogs.

Beautiful break in lovely surroundings, did Norfolk proud.

Pros: Beautiful conversion, tasteful and welcoming. Starter supplies of milk/juice/butter/jams were lovely surprise, plus condiments very useful. One of party wanted to move in permanently! Suggestions for local facilities very good.

Cons: Driver found concrete drive a bit challenging, but understood this is a working livery. Lamp in lounge area didn't work - not a problem at this time of year. Some of the kitchen knives should probably be replaced, but range was excellent.

I could not have asked for more!

Pros: I loved the authenticity of the place. The cattle ties on the walls and the old 'wonky' walls. I really felt a sense of history, which I loved. The location was so peaceful, and the setting idyllic. I could not have asked for more.
