Pros: The rooms and facilities were excellent. We appreciated the welcome gifts and the house had everything we needed. Very modern and the photos do not do it justice.

Cons: The country roads were very dark and narrow, but we expected this due to its rural location.

If you can imagine a perfect stay, and then find it even better, then this was our experience.

Pros: The host met us on arrival after a long journey. She made us feel valued and at ease. This helped get our stay off to a very positive start. We were made to feel very welcome and that we could treat the place as though it was our home.

Cons: There is nothing that I can think of that could improve our stay. It exceeded our expectations and we will certainly look at staying again on a future visit to Norfolk.

Pros: Probably the best equipped of all my home stays . The house is spacious spotless and has interesting history - lovely outlook and garden. All rooms are beautifully decorated lots of games and books for rainy days the lounge kitchen and dining room are large so no one feels in anyone else’s way. I highly recommend this house.

Cons: Definitely need a car and no local shops - but we chose to be in countryside in the peace and quiet. Facilities supermarkets pubs etc all a short drive and take away companies are prompt.

Great for a group booking.

Pros: Lovely and warm, well furnished and every bit of kitchen equipment you could need. It was clean and spacious. Lovely big garden and views with secure fencing. Great that we could take dogs as there is so much walking in Thetford Forest and a trip to Wells and Holkham beach. Hosts were super accommodating and friendly.

Cons: Only one downside for us is the drive and parking for the neighbouring properties is accessed through the garden of the property making it feel less private and not so secure for letting the dogs free in the garden. We did feel a little exposed with people walking past while sitting in the kitchen.
