Pros: Secure apartment near Brentwood station with everything you need! The real estate agency is super helpful in all situations.

A good resting place for a contractor away from home.

Pros: Fully equipped studio flat on the 5 floor, the stairways and lifts were well maintain and clean. I felt safe in my surroundings. The apartment itself - was clean and brightly painted, bed and sofa were comfy. Good modern oven with inbuilt microwave. And well done for suppling free coffee pods and biscuits on arrival.

Cons: When cooking the smoke alarm would trigger as it is fitted directly above the oven and hob. Wifi was OK but you may struggle if you need to work for long periods.

Pros: Stephen: clean apartment, excellent free parking, 5 minutes walk from station and high st, Sheree: felt very comfortable and enjoyed cooking, great to have a washer and dryer. Great heating system

Pros: Safe, clean, and organized apartment next to Brentwood station.

Pros: Near town centre, close to all the local amenities and Brentwood Rail Station

Pros: Great hostility... perfect for those who are looking for a great host and comfort.. complete apartment, has everything we need, all the kitchen utensils, there was only something to be desired in the microwave, but that would be the least for this apartment, very beautiful and comfortable, wonderful bed, bathroom with excellent shower, everything well decorated for a great accommodation.. commerce nearby, supermarket next door, bars, restaurants, train station and the city centre, everything very close, a great location.. and especially easy access when you arrive, the hosts super attentive.. super recommend and I will come back for sure.. thank you 🙏🏻.

Pros: I loved that this place felt safe but also quiet. Everything was clean and biscuits and coffee on arrival was perfect.

A lovely apartment to stay that with a couple of minor tweaks could be perfect

Pros: The apartment was spacious, clean, with tea and coffee available. The bedrooms were comfortable with all linen provided. The instructions were easy to follow to get in to the property, including the permit for parking and the hosts, whilst remote and only dealt with via email, were responsive and informative. I would definitely stay here again thank you.

Cons: My only issues here were that whilst the weather is uncontrollable, there was only one fan in the living room, the windows couldn't be opened more than a couple of inches (I understand for safety), but the apartment was absolutely boiling hot with no air conditioning or access to more fans. The only other issue was that I really enjoyed the tea/coffee but with only 4 of everything including milk sachets, they were used up on arrival and there was no provision for restocking during my stay. These two things were my only issues which, for me, are minor issues that are easily resolved and the reason I gave 9/10 instead of 10/10.

Pros: It was clean and cosy, had everything you could need, shower is amazing!

Cons: The elevator has a mind of its own, stops at random floors everytime you use it, not that that is the fault of Niche Properties just something that was annoying.
