Superb stay at Eric’s place. Thoroughly recommend to anyone wishing to stay here.

Pros: Everything was perfect for my needs. Ideally positioned for my works needs and parking directly outside of the property. Eric was a fantastic host whom met me at the property at check in for a full explanation of the property. Eric went above and beyond for me after leaving a few items of clothing behind he kindly posted them back to me with excellent folding skills I might add. I would absolutely recommend to anyone wishing to visit the area.

This was the second time in staying at this lovely property.

Pros: Amazingly clean. The property had everything we wanted. Eric had thought about everything.

Pros: The flat was really cosy and the location is perfect! Eric is a really lovely host and was super helpful. The facilities including the hot water tap was also handy.

Cons: Would have been good to have a few more utensils eg different sized pans.

Pros: Everything, it was 11/10, the host, welcome, facilities, access, parking, comfort etc was outstanding, the smart home title was spot on even my gadget mad Sister was impressed. Location for Brentwood, especially the station was perfect with everything needed on the doorstep. Easily the best we could find in the area and then exceeded our expectation.,

Pros: This is my go to accomadation when I am in the UK visiting family. It's clean, comfortable and safe. The train station, M25, shops restaurants and coffee are all just a couple of minutes walk away. The host is lovely and you have all the amenities you need, as well as a nice sized kitchen, netflix, tv apps, hairdryer etc

A clean, comfy and luxurious stay. 11/10!

Pros: Super comfy, everything had been included to make for an easy stay. Facilities were top of the range. Lovely host who’s communication and attentiveness was second to none. Location was convenient. 11/10z.

We were very pleased with out 7 night stay and would return.

Pros: Location is excellent. 2 minute walk from Elizabeth Line station. 40 minutes into central London. Apartment is well appointed, very clean and comfortable. Lots of storage. Owner was available to greet us and show us around the apartment as well as explain what was available to us locally for food and amenities. The owner was extremely pleasant and was available throughout our stay by text.

Cons: This is only an issue if a couple is staying: the double bed is against a wall and the foot of the bed is obstructed by a wardrobe making it difficult for the person sleeping next to the wall to get out of bed during the night without disturbing the other. Perhaps two singles may work better.

Comfortable stay for 4 nights while visiting family and London.

Pros: We were welcomed by the owner who showed us around the property and demonstrated how everything worked. Very comfortable bed, lighting, shower with plenty of hot water. Short walk to Brentwood Station. Everything we needed. Cleanliness. Parking in front of house.

Superb apartment

Pros: Very comfortable indeed and very clean. I was really impressed. The location, 2 minutes walk from Brentwood station (Elizabeth line), was also perfect, and just off the main road away from traffic. High spec equipment, lots of automated features, yet everything was simple and easy to use; especially loved the little robot floor cleaner!! Shower was modern and spacious. The owner stays nearby and is very professional and on hand to help. Although everything worked really well, so I didn't actually have any problems during my stay. Washing machine also worked perfectly. Overall, it was great accommodation that is very well cared for. Oh yes, and it has a nice big tv and a comfy sofa for chilling in the evening.

Cons: Nothing actually. It was all positive for me.
