Perfect city get away location

Pros: Fantastic location and property size. Had all the facilities needed for a comfortable and cozy stay. This accommodation provided the perfect balance of inner city living while not feeling too close to the busy city centre. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a calm and relaxing get away to Cambridge.

Cons: During our stay the accommodation was very hot, however the weather was exceptional at the time. The accommodation had fans to cool down the rooms along with blinds in the bedroom. We kept these down during the day to keep the room cool but the living room ceiling windows don’t have blinds. As a result it became very hot during the day. The weather was exceptional so keep in mind that it could be hot if you’re staying here in good weather.

Pros: Very spacious and well equipped. Parking was helpful and a great location to pop into town. Nicky was beyond helpful and great communication via message.

Comfortable and quiet spot to explore Cambridge

Pros: Perfectly located in a quiet area but close to numerous places to eat and drink. A beautiful 15min walk into the centre of town along the river to explore all of Cambridge's sights. The place has everything you could need and the bed is super comfortable. The free parking is such a bonus too!

Cons: Nothing!

Everything we hoped for, it made our visit to Cambridge special

Pros: The location was perfect, a lovely walk through the park (2 minutes away from The Birches) to the centre of town. Also near to where the punts were moored and over the bridge to a lido. Plenty of places to eat out close by but fully equipped modern spotless kitchen for home cooking. Apartment on 2 floors, modern bright decor, comfortable sofas. Very friendly welcome from the owner Nicky.

Cons: We visited in the heatwave and we couldn't sleep upstairs it was so hot as there were no opening windows in the bedroom. Two good fans were provided but it was exceptional weather and we couldn't cool down. I'm sure 99% of the time the bedroom would be fine, again it was very comfortable and beautifully furnished. Thank you

Came as a family for our sons graduation and the accommodation was perfect even though there were five of us.

Pros: Perfect location. Spacious for a one bedroom property. Very clean and modern. Everything we needed was supplied.

Pros: Light and airy ! Comfortably furnished ! Absolutely spotless - only a 10 minute walk to the town centre along the river and 2 minutes to the nearest pub ! A really great place to stay. The washing machine a real bonus

Cons: Nothing not to like - just possibly could do with a nonstick shower mat for the base of the shower

Well set up property in great location

Pros: Excellent location, very quiet but just a short, fairly level walk into town. Several variants to route possible which made the walk into town more interesting. Good pavements and paths through parks. Set up and access into town probably workable for a wheelchair user with some mobility. Parking a real bonus, as is the small outside seating area.

Cons: It was hot in the property due to number of velux in the lounge.
