Great Central self-contained flat

Brilliant place

Pros: It was a fab place, brilliant location and price. The kitchen was beautiful, there was plenty of space and looked like there was an excellent assortment of accessories. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was great.

Pros: Location is great. Very clean apartment. Apartment has two small radiators so it was quite chilly.

Overnight in Cambridge

Pros: The flat was perfectly located, all instructions were clear, the process for access was easy to follow and everything was spotless and exactly as advertised

Pros: It was a lovely flat to stay as a group. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Location is great. The host was very kind and helpful, and even let us check out later for free.

Cons: Nothing. It was great for the value.

Pros: Great location. Easy access. On street parking (metered during business hours though).

Cons: I got bitten by fleas.

Pros: Nice location and views - near river Cam. Good quality mattress and linen. Very good kitchen and well appointed bathroom.

Cons: No onsite support if you can't get the keys (I was sent the wrong code to access them and communication via Booking.com's messaging system gave me no support for at least three hours). The provider seems to be a private individual without training or experience in customer service, and the house rules give the customer extra chores to do beyond what's typical for a holiday rental. So the experience is not equivalent to dealing with a professional provider. The entrance is dark so you need a torch or phone flashlight to deal with the key safe

Great place. Loved location. Plenty of space. Would return! Nice kitchen.

Pros: We loved having space for our family. Beds were ok. I slept ok. Bathroom was spacious. Location was so perfect for us!!! Hosts let us stay an extra hour at no charge which was a huge blessing. We liked the no-shoe rule bc it made us feel the place was clean !! Yay!!

Cons: Keys and door were a little tricky. We stood outside for a while trying to unlock them when we first got there. But figured it out. Sometimes host didn’t respond as quickly. Bathroom needed more light. We didn’t know how to work the stove. Instructions would have been nice. Water would suddenly get scalding hot in shower for no reason. Towels were not soft and seemed like they didn’t get dried in dryer. And there was no dryer at apartment. Only a washer. Never heard of just having a washer. We needed more toilet paper and had to go buy. Radiator heat was slow to warm but got the job done.
