ENJOYABLE

Pros: UNIQUE HOTEL VERY DIFFERENT TO ANYWHERE WE HAVE STAYED BEFORE VERY MUCH GEARED UP FOR EVENTS WITH A BEAUTIFUL INTERNAL COURTYARD, THE BUILDING IS VERY OLD AND MANY FEATURES HAVE BEEN RETAINED.

Cons: THE ELECTRIC WAS A TAD DODGY, IN OUR ROOM THE SOCKET WAS OVERLOADED WITH BEAR WIRES SHOWING FROM A WIRED 3 PIN PLUG

Incredibly helpful and welcoming staff.

Pros: The staff are so friendly and really went above and beyond to help during what was a really stressful situation. Can't recommend them enough.

Cons: It wasn't the most accessible location but this can be sorted by taxis.

Well placed and perfect for what I need

Pros: I have stayed here multiple times when working on call , the staff are always accommodating - just a phone call / text away if you need anything. The beds are very comfy and I always feel well rested on my stays here! Clean and have towels / kettle / toiletries For this area very well priced!!

Loved my stay.

Pros: Staff were very friendly. Made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. They had a lovely restaurant on site that served amazing Malaysian food. I would definitely recommend trying out the restaurant if you stay. Restaurant staff were just as nice as well. Very nice room. Very homely and welcoming will recommend to anyone passing by.

Pros: Excellent breakfast cooked to order with alternatives for gluten intolerant people and other allergies Very friendly, helpful, hardworking and cheerful staff I had a minor issue, so I sent a message about it and someone was at my door instantaneously to rectify it So it didn't inconvenience me, they gave me another room just to get ready to leave in Really comfortable bed I have pins in my leg after a very nasty accident but I had the best night's sleep in a long time There's also a really good Malaysian restaurant on the premises 👌🏼 I have pins in my leg after a nasty accident and this was the best night's sleep I've had in a long while

Cons: They had a few teething problems, but nothing major that would impact on your holiday and they were very quick to sort anything for you
