Nice experience to stay overnight

Pros: The room was standard and relatively spacious although our bed is a bit small for 2 people. The bathroom had a shower cabin and a bath. Our window faced the major road at the distance, it added some noise but when the window was closed, it was not too disturbing. We booked room with breakfast and the breakfast was good with a range cereals, English breakfast ingredients, bakery variety. In the evening we enjoyed free spa facilities (sauna, swimming pool), it was good but there can be busy. The dishes for dinner in their restaurant were tasty, it is better to book a table in advance.

Cons: Add cheese for breakfast. It would be more convenient to have a gown for spa but only a towel is provided.

Was lovely night away, plenty of options at breakfast and was always enough. Slightly disappointed at pool, didn’t spend

Pros: Rooms were lovely and clean. Beds were comfortable

Cons: Not enough loungers in pool area so couldn’t sit anywhere between swims. Changing room floors were very wet and bit dirty.. could not either being mopped occasionally

Great stay and relaxing time

Pros: Loved the room and were given a free upgrade. Spa was lovely and quiet.

Cons: The spa floors were a little messy in the changing area

Pros: Facilities are clean and having a great restaurant is a plus

Love the place, but starting to feel a little worn!

Pros: I love this hotel for work and stay regularly I do however note a few points for improvement below Restaurant is great the fillet steak is my favourite I will be back in 2 weeks as the service is great

Cons: I do think the hotel is starting to feel a little tired and need of some upgrades 1. The gym equipment is not the greatest and some of the weight machines have loose fittings 2. I tried the whirlpool bath, which obviously hadn't been used or cleaned in a long time as the smell if sewage from the jets and the black gunk that sprayed on the bathroom was not great. 3. The coffee pods arent replaced daily 4. The towels and robes are a bit old and scratchy 5. The TV in my bedroom did not work properly due to loose connection with the aerial. Always needed a wiggle

A great hotel for a relaxing getaway.

Pros: A great location and nice facilities such as the spa and gymnasium that I used. The food was excellent and would definitely come again. Cambridge is a great place to explore and the hotel is about a 20 minute drive, there is a park and ride option as parking in the city centre is very expensive.

Cons: Nothing that could be better.

Pros: Great room for a family of 4- brilliant to have a separate room for the children to sleep in. Nice addition that complementary drinks were provided. Rooms were clean & very comfy. Staff were all very friendly & helpful.

Cons: Limited swimming times for family swim- tricky to swim while lessons were also going on in a small pool. Breakfast foods ran out- very frustrating when some people took far more than they needed & then nothing left for others to enjoy. Our youngest son is autistic & only likes certain things.

Pros: Stunning scenery, a beautiful hotel, and fantastic facilities made it the perfect getaway. Highly recommend!
