Night out in Maldon

Pros: The apartment was clean and in an ideal location for our night out in Maldon

Cons: The park was a trial but heyho i managed to get parked in a tight space

Pros: Promenade apartment is perfect for a couple visiting Maldon. It has everything you could need for a home from home. Nice touches when we arrived of milk, tea, coffee, snacks and drinks which was really appreciated. The apartment was lovely and clean, nice and warm, great TV with sky to watch movies in the evening. Shower was lovely and clean and powerful with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Lovely fresh towels, comfy bed and extra blanket of you need it We loved that a few steps from the apartment was the entrance to Promenade Park and a bonus is you can see the water from the window! There is a chip shop across the road, Inidan restaurant a few steps away and a walk up the road youre on the high street. The Co op is just around the corner to get the things you need and everything in the apartment to cook if you wish. Added bonus of a space to park your car. All round excellent stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Everything about the property was perfect including the caring of the owner.

Cons: Nothing to dislike as this is the best rental apartment we have stayed in.

Pros: Perfect little apartment with absolutely everything you could need! Great location as well for a short stay.

A Great Apartment in a great location

Pros: It was a great apartment, small but it met our needs for the weekend, convenient for Promenade Park and the Hythe and not far to walk to the High Street. Very clean and modern had everything that was required with complimentary snacks, drinks & the essentials of tea, coffee and fresh milk. There was parking for our car, even has an electric charger. Matt, the host, was most helpful with information. We will be booking this again in the future.

Super modern flat for thin people

Pros: Matt’s flat was immaculate. Lovely touch to have snacks and drinks left for us. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the fish and chips from across road .

Cons: Not really Matt’s problem but we were a little large for his sofa. Directions could be slightly problematic first time ,as was looking for something yellow that wasn’t there. Just say extreme left when you see the take away as difficult to see.

Pros: Quiet location, perfect for sea front and Promenade park. Lots of nice touches in the flat, everything that could be needed for a great stay. WiFi excellent. Bed comfortable. Will visit again.

Cons: The car parking slot is a little tight to get in/out, needs careful shuffling.

Great location, Matt answers everything quickly, beds very comfy.

Pros: Very clean, well equipped kitchen, bed very comfortable

Cons: It was very warm when I got there and the Dyson fan didn’t seem to do much in the way of cooling it down. No number on front door so was hard to find.
