Overall a super place to stay for a few days or the weekend. A great base from which to explore.

Pros: We really enjoyed our overnight stay at this flat. The open plan living and dining space was great, with a lovely table and very spacious sofa. The kitchen had everything we needed, with a large fridge/freezer, perfect for longer stays. There was also loads of hot water for a bath, which was brilliant. Instructions for access from the host were detailed and easy to follow, making for a super convenient arrival and checkout experience. The location was also great, giving easy access to the restaurants of Newmarket, but was in a quiet residential neighbourhood, away from the main thoroughfare and nightlife of the town. Vehicle access and parking were also really easy.

Cons: The flat was a little cold on arrival, but warmed up quickly once we turned on the heaters in the bedroom and living area. Unfortunately we couldn't get the bathroom towel rail to work but the owners have promised to get this looked at.

Pros: Well stocked apartment, everything you need. Parking easy, access front and back. Good information from owner regarding key collection and other information requested and fast response.

Adequate for our needs

Pros: Location good, five minute walk into town and ideally placed for the racecourse

Home from home

Pros: Easy access to Newmarket High Street, The Gallops and Tattersalls. Quiet, residential loctation. The kitchen was well stocked both with utensils, tea and coffee and condiments (salt and pepper, spices etc). The bathroom was well stocked with toiletries in case any had been forgotten. The presence of a dishwasher and washing machine was also very useful for a longer stay. A travel cot was provided for my one year old daughter.

Pros: Peaceful location just a few minutes walk from town or Tattersalls. Host was most helpful with information. The apartment is clean, smart and everything you'd need home from home.
