Pros: Great central location with parking. Spacious and comfortable. Nice little breakfast package left for us (milk, bread, jam and tea/coffee). The little balcony area looked lovely, but we didn't have the weather to use it. There are plenty of places to eat within a very short walk.

Cons: Nothing really, if I had to say anything it was that the lift wasn't working, and the nearby pub can be a bit noisy.

Pros: Lovely and comfortable, everything you need inside and the location is excellent for central Newmarket. We loved the milk, butter, and little extras when we arrived.

Fabulous short break in the heart of Newmarket

Pros: An excellent location, close to most attractions. A clean, well equipped appartment and greatly appreciated welcome package. Beautiful white cotton sheets. Timely and clear communications throughout booking.

Cons: A little noisy late at night with pub goers leaving and drey men in the morning. Sofa bed was not particularly comfortable. However, not really big issues

Weekend racing in Newmarket.Real home from home and very comfortable

Pros: Very well equipped and very cosy. Parking very easy and reasonably priced at £3 for a day.Good location on the high street and easily walkable to the races.Very nice touch to leave bread ,milk butter ,jam etc for our use.

Cons: Lift out of action, but not a problem for us.

Wonderfully stylish flat in the centre of Newmarket, equipped with all you need - and much more!

Pros: The flat was immaculate, stylish, brilliantly equipped & had absolutely everything we needed - and more! We were 2 ladies travelling together, so used both the bedroom & (easy to use) sofa bed. All linens were clean & crisp & smelt amazing. We were very appreciative of the extras provided & the generous welcome pack, which during the heatwave, even included cold soft drinks in the fridge…..also fans for both sleeping areas which were well utilised! Location couldn’t have been better for the centre of Newmarket, and adjacent car park was great value (£3 a day/£10 a week.) Contact with the hosts was excellent, quick & friendly. It was a perfect base for our racehorse-themed break and I would definitely love to return.

Cons: Currently the lift in the building isn’t working & when you arrive with suitcases & various bags & food supplies, it’s a bit of a trek up two flights of stairs, particularly in the hot, glass, non-air conditioned stairwell! This is perhaps worth checking/considering if your mobility isn’t good, as from the instructions provided one would assume the lift is available. However, this was a minor issue for us & did not detract in any way at all.

Newmarket Gem

Pros: The central location and 'home from home' feel about the apartment was perfect for us.

Cons: No negatives to mention!

Pros: Beautifully furnished, Well equipped, spotlessly clean

Comfortable, central well equipped apartment.

Pros: This is a very well equipped and comfortable apartment in an ideal central location. A lovely welcome pack was supplied. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Newmarket.

Cons: We were there Friday and Saturday night and the pub opposite was in full swing which could be heard in the apartment. Not much noise after 11.00pm though so we were able to sleep undisturbed.
