Eclipse Apartment No 1

Pros: shower was good, good size bed, closet and a lot of space. Newly renovated, quiet. heating works very well

Cons: All cutlery and utensils were not clean, and pans and pots are so scratched you cannot use them for cooking. Mattress is not very comfortable.

Hidden luxury

Pros: The property was very spacious and well appointed within easy walking distance of the town centre and amenities. The facilities were very good considering the price point, with a spacious bedroom, living area and kitchen.

Cons: You could hear the guests in the flat upstairs quite clearly.

An excellent, cosy and convenient place to stay

Pros: We stayed here a couple of years ago. We were so impressed with the apartment we had no hesitation booking again. The property is on a main road, you would never know as it is set back and has parking on site. Very convenient for local shops, Tesco & Aldi are close by too. There were the essentials and more left for us on arrival. Everything was clean and well kept and being on ground floor level it would be suitable for people with a little impairment. Lovely seating outside at the rear ideal for a quiet read or glass of something. Newmarket has lots of nice Restaurants and places nearby to visit. All in all a very nice relaxing stay.

We were in Newmarket for the races. Staying just out of town was ideal as it was quieter at night.

Pros: Cleanliness, well equipped, comfortable bed, very clean linen and towels. Surprisingly quiet as the bedroom is on the front and faces a fairly busy road. We hired and Uber taxi into town for about £3.30 as the walk was a bit far for us. I would guess just over a mile. Tea, long life milk provided which was great.

Cons: Although we were asked to bring bath sheets as these weren't provided, it seemed a shame these weren't provided but it wasn't that much of an issue to be honest. We were advised parking was a bit tight as the space was small but we managed to fit our Range Rover on it - just! The coffee provided had seen better days and needed replacing.

Weekend for Newmarket races

Pros: The apartment had good facilities and was very comfortable. I loved the added extras on arrival - tea, coffee and milk and it was about a 15-20 mins walk into town. There was a chinese nearby and a convenience store too.

We will definitely stay again when we are next in Newmarket!

Pros: Comfortable bed and plenty space for clothes and belongings …Nice touch with milk in the fridge, tea, coffee, crisps and biscuit welcome snacks. Dishwasher tablets and liquid soap in the kitchen an added bonus. Well appointed apartment, Aaron was very helpful with info and directions for key box entry. Great location with a lovely sun trap garden at the back with sitting. We will definitely stay again when coming to Newmarket races!

Cons: Nothing, it was good value! Parking a bonus, although it was a little tight we were informed about this at the time of booking and we managed to park our car safely

Lovely and comfortable

Pros: The location was great, we stayed here for the races. The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable, tea, coffee and milk were provided. The host promptly answered my quieres before our stay. Would stay here again.

Pros: it had everything needed to cook and all other essentials 

Pros: I loved the kitchen. Everything was nice and it was easy to walk to Aldi to get food to cook.

Cons: found it difficult to park. Nothing can really be done about this but you need to have a small car to park here.
