Pros: Well equipped kitchen, spacious living area. Plenty of storage. Easy access to town and Tattersalls via cycle path or cut through from Fordham Road. Host was extremely amenable and couldn’t do enough, providing flexible check in and check out. Baby cot and mattress was provided and assembled.

Cons: Bathroom was small and hot water was inadequate to have a hot bath. Property itself is furnished to a high standard but the area surrounding the property is less auspicious and feels slightly overlooked. Noise can be heard from the upstairs neighbours and there was a lingering smell of cat in the kitchen.

Lovely, well presented apartment

Pros: Lovely, modern apartment. Easy to access. Was perfect for us to prep and preen ourselves before heading to the newmarket races. Not far from the races. Supermarket and fast food near by. Owner was great with communication... provided maps and pictures that made it easy to locate. Would definitely stay again
