Mollett's Farm

Pros: Super location close to Saxmundham and a convenient base to explore the area. Nicely equipped, peaceful and warm for our winter stay.

Perfect location

Pros: Located on the A12 can be daunting trying to find the entrance to the farm first time. Giving their What3Words location would help, ///innovator.flotation.guardian Far enough away from the road that noise isn’t an issue. Very well presented accommodation with little touches that made it stand out from the rest

Cons: Beautifully decorated and extremely quiet we never heard any of the other guests. It was only the fact we were related to those guests that we knew they were there greeted by the owner and given it a guided tour really helped settle in.

An excellent stay in a beautiful, peaceful location with lovely hosts.

Pros: Everything was well judged with just enough provisions to get started, a really nice amount of space, well decorated & equipped without being over-fussy. Likewise the hosts were available to help, friendly and informative whilst giving us our space.

Home from home on Mollett's Farm!

Pros: We stayed in the Orford Studio. The facilities were exactly as described and we had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. This was a quiet location along a long drive away from the road. The studio felt spacious, clean and modern. The Wi-Fi was fast and the onsite parking was great. Thank you Richard and Sasha for making us feel so welcome.

Cons: Apparently the shower runs from a tank (not electric), so we were slightly wary of running out of hot water for the second person. However, this never happened as we had short showers, so we needn't have worried.

Pros: 2x Self contained ground floor studios with everything you could need ( plus extra items available - For us the loan of an extra lightweight wheelchair was an added bonus to be able to get around the stunning areas of Suffolk)

Countryside gem

Pros: Friendly host, helpful and responsive. Studio was very clean and well equipped. Well kept gardens and quiet location.

Cons: Outdoor furniture on our patio was rusty and couldn't use it.

Pros: The cottage had everything we needed, was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were very helpful and always reachable.

Cons: It was a bit outside of the center and difficult to reach with public transportation, but we should checked that before booking. Even though we knew that we'll have many tiny \

A lovely find for a getaway close to the seaside and nature

Pros: Great room, facilities and location just off the A12 but with no traffic noise. We found several beaches easily within half an hour by car, as well as everything we needed shop-wise. Lovely to have bread, milk and spreads included and ready when we arrived. Thanks to Sasha for meeting us as we arrived.

Cons: We loved everything about our room - clear instructions for everything we needed, and what was expected on check out.
